If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment provider (Pay Pal), who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
To process an order over the telephone the personal information that we collect will include your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, contact telephone number and card information so that we can process your order. We have an application in the office called Pay Pal Here that is powered by Pay Pal, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. When placing your order over the telephone a member of staff will input your details directly onto the Pay Pal here application, your card information is not held by us.
How is your information used?
We will use your information to process your order. To arrange delivery when a third-party carrier is used like TNT or Palletways and to contact you about any sales or promotions.
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We hold some types of information to fulfil our contract with you (for example the guarantees we offer on our products). We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or if is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.
