Product Care
The Rimini Aluminium + Ceramic 8 Seat Round Garden Table Set is low maintenance. Only clean the aluminium frames once a year with an Alu-cleaner like 3M Marine One Step Aluminium Restorer and Polish. Clean the Ceramic tabletop as and when with a cloth and soapy water.
The cushions are waterproof, but we advise putting them away when it rains - always stored in a dry place over the winter months.
Cushion cleaning
1.Brush off any loose dirt
2.Prepare a solution of 1:16 mild detergent to lukewarm water
3.Use a sponge or soft bristle brush to clean
4.Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric
5.Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue
6.Allow fabric to air dry

Lead Time
In-Stock Items
All items displayed 'in stock' generally carry a lead time of 5-9 working days.
All items displayed 'in stock' with cushion options typically carry a lead time of 2-4 weeks, allowing time for fabricating the cushions of your choice.
Out of Stock Items
A 'back in stock' month is displayed when an item is out of stock. This 'back in stock' month relates to the stock list sent to us by Alexender Rose and is regularly updated. Riverhill Garden Supplies will contact Alexander Rose immediately to secure a stock allocation when placing your online order and the order despatched when the new stock arrives. In addition, Riverhill Garden Supplies will request that your cushions (where applicable) be fabricated in advance to avoid further delays.
Ordering Out of Stock Items and Securing Allocation
Customers are welcome to order and pay in full online. Alternatively, if you prefer, Riverhill Garden Supplies are happy to take a 10% deposit on the telephone for out of stock items (to secure allocation) and settle the balance upon despatch.

How Will My Order be Delivered?

Riverhill Garden Supplies will select the appropriate dispatch method when you order based on your location and the product(s) that you have ordered.
Dispatch Methods
Parcel Delivery
Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.
Pallet Delivery
Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.
Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps
- Remove the goods completely from their packaging
- Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
- Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
- Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
