Sitting on four sturdy aluminium feet with a chunky rope weave, even though it may look like a magnificent piece of indoor furniture, the tactile, soft rope is made from waterproof olefin fibres, made to withstand the British weather, come rain or shine. The rope has a thick rubber core and, after a downpour, has a speedy drying time, needing only around 30 minutes in the sunshine. We couldn't think of a better piece of furniture if you want to create a cosy nook to read your book, whether indoors or out. Like all products in the Cordial Luxe range, the Lucy Chair also has a generous five-year limited warranty.

Riverhill Garden Supplies will select the appropriate dispatch method when you order based on your location and the product(s) that you have ordered.
Dispatch Methods
Parcel Delivery
Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.
Pallet Delivery
Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.
Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps
- Remove the goods completely from their packaging
- Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
- Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
- Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
