Inspired by classic British pottery, the J.Chamberlain & Co Balmoral Blue Cylinder is a skilfully glazed vibrant planter sold with a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee.
For best results, plant up with your favourite annuals, perennials or small shrubs. Blue and White flowering specimens work well against the blue glaze-like Salvia paten Blue Angel and Salvia x jamensis.

Product Care
The J.Chamberlain & Co Balmoral Blue Cylinder is a glazed terracotta garden pot frost resistant to -20°C.
To clean wipe down with a damp cloth and water.
Planting Advice
- Place adequate drainage material such as gravel, broken pieces of terracotta pot or polystyrene into the bottom third of the bowl
- Use a quality garden container compost like John Innes that is appropriate to the needs of the plant. If you are unsure, ask your local Garden Centre
- Remove the plant from the original packaging, taking care not to damage the roots. Position the plant centrally and fill the bowl with compost. Firm the plant in place
- Avoid setting the plant too deeply. Make sure that you leave a gap below the rim of the bowl to assist in watering the plant
- Water the plant well

Dispatch Methods
Parcel Delivery
Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.
Pallet Delivery
Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.
We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes an ADEZZ product.
We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. You can return your order up to 60 days after delivery
Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.
Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps
- Remove the goods completely from their packaging
- Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
- Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
- Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
