Installation of ADEZZ Aluminium Garden Walls

1.) Provide a level, solid surface. If not done carefully, this can cause tensions, resulting in damage to the product.

2.) Place the wall on the flat foundation, make sure it is firm and level.

3.) Drill holes in the foundation corresponding to the holes in the wall.

4.) Fix the wall to the foundation using bolts and plugs; if necessary, use a chemical anchor. Always loosely tighten the bolts before fully tightening.

5.) Cover the foundation with a layer of soil of at least 10 cm for extra stability and then finish potential paving.

Please unpack the Aluminium Garden Walls immediately after delivery so that any moisture between the packaging and the Aluminium Garden Walls does not remain sealed. Failure to do so may result in irregular stains.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
