Fabricated in the Netherlands our stylish range of modern 125cm wide Aluminium Stairs from 2 steps to 17 steps will add interest to any garden design where a gradient needs addressing, and quite often, the results are sensational.

Aluminium stairs are simple to install. The key to a successful installation is in the measuring and time should be taken to get this right. Securing the top bracket to a concrete wall or solid structure and the bottom bracket to a foundation is no more than a two-person job using a drill and M12 bolts.

Aluminium is a weatherproof and durable material, and the stairs look stylish and timeless; Aluminium is low maintenance. All ADEZZ Aluminium Stairs sold with a 5-year warranty.

The standard recommended colours to order online are RAL7021 Black Grey and RAL9016 Traffic White. Any RAL colour is possible; please contact Riverhill Garden Supplies to discuss your requirements. (note start-up costs and longer lead time apply for non-standard colours).

ADEZZ Aluminium Stairs are low maintenance. Only clean once a year with an Alu-cleaner like 3M Marine One Step Aluminium Restorer and Polish.

Please unpack the ADEZZ Aluminium Stairs immediately after delivery so that any moisture between the packaging and the ADEZZ Aluminium Stairs does not remain sealed. Failure to do so will result in irregular rust and stains.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.

We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes an ADEZZ product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
